Simple Changes for a New Year
Every year my family and I come up with ideas together that will be more benificial to our health.This New Year we made a pledge as a family to eat a healthier more nutritious balanced breakfast.As breakfast is the most important meal of the day to help boost our matabolism so we will have more energy to keep us focused throughout the day.With school and work this will be very helpful to us to keep our pledge.
To help maintain this new change we have agreed to all set our alarms 15 minuites earlier in the mornings before school and work to have a head start for the preparation of our meal.Each morning we will rotate who is in charge of our breakfast.Once a week we sit down to make our meal plan and post it on the fridge for us all to see.This has been a fun change for us and as our pledge we will continue this daily.
